Synthetic diamond powder usually refers to its particles with a particle size finer than 54 microns, which is the core basic material for downstream diamond tool manufacturing and hard and brittle material processing. Diamond has high strength and good wear resistance, with hardness of 10 Mohs. Its microhardness is 1000 times higher than that of quartz and 150 times higher than that of corundum. Therefore, diamond powder, as a superhard abrasive, has unparalleled grinding ability compared to other products.
